WE PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROFESSIONALISM OF ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS IN UKRAINE

On December 5, 2024, a meeting of IIA representatives with CIMA took place. The office was visited online by Nataliia VOVCHUK, Head of the Southeast Europe Representative Office of CIMA-AICPA, and offline by Maryna ZAITSEVA, Deputy Head of the CIMA Office in Ukraine.

General Partner Valeriy Zhuk shared with the CIMA representatives the methods developed by the IA staff for determining the damage and losses to Ukrainian enterprises as a result of the war.

An agreement was reached on further cooperation and participation of the IIA in ensuring the professional development of Ukrainian accountants, which is conducted by CIMA. It was agreed that, in turn, CIMA will contribute to the professional development of the IIA.
